HL7 is an important component in health care data exchange. It has become the fundamental enabling technology that allows systems to interoperate. The immunization registry community has been at the forefront of developing and supporting data exchange based on HL7 specifications. Through the American Immunization Registry Association (AIRA), HLN actively participates in developing and architecting HL7 standards and strategies and providing cost effective practical solutions for our clients.
