Definitions:
- Accessibility: Ability to access network resources whenever and wherever desired.
- Reliability: Consistency and quality with which the network performs.
- Capacity: Ensure that sufficient bandwidth exists to accomplish necessary tasks.
- Capability: Ability to support necessary services given sufficient capacity.
