David Lyons is an experienced information technology professional with close to 20 years of experience in a wide range of systems, development, and database technologies. A Project Manager at HLN since 2001, Dave has acted in the roles of Project Manager, Technical Lead, and Software Developer.
He has been involved in a number of major projects for the New York City immunization registry, including managing the in-sourcing of the registry platform and applications, and serving as the project architect for the NYC 2003 Smallpox pre-event system. He continues to manage and participate in various development, maintenance, database and data analysis, and systems projects for the NYC registry.
Dave has also been the Project Manager and Technical Lead on the University of Pennsylvania's Remote Dental Consultation project.
He holds a B.S. in Economics (concentration in Decision Sciences) from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
