Our History
After working at the University of Pennsylvania managing technology for nearly twenty years, Dr. Noam H. Arzt founded HLN Consulting, LLC in 1997 by bringing together a unique academic heritage and technology perspective. Ever since HLN Consulting has been a leading health informatics consulting company focused on developing and supporting robust technical solutions to address pressing health informatics needs.
Our Clients
- We engage with our clients to support strategic planning efforts, to conduct research on health IT trends and developments, or to work with national experts on developing standards.
- For our state, local, territorial, and tribal partners, we are often engaged to evaluate existing technology, develop new software solutions, or advise on the application of Federal or state policy for IT.
- Clients often contract for our services through their not-for-profit partners, and HLN provides flexible and nimble contracting support for these arrangements.
